The first step to ensuring an even stand from your planter is to calibrate every row to the same depth. Whether new or used, planting depths will vary across a planter when all rows are set the same on the adjustment handle due to machining tolerances or wear-and-tear. Sets from 1” to 2.5” in ½” increments.
