This 15″, 3.5mm DuraBlade seed disk opener by Forges De Niaux(the manufacturer known for long life disk blades) comes with a 205 double row bearing.
- Patented heat treating with 3 zones of hardness. Outer wear area heat treated for a super hard, long lasting, consistently sharp edge.
- Factory installed hub and bearing using a precision manufacturing process. This greatly reduces wobble, keeping tolerances to 1mm or less. The effect is improved blade performance and prolonged bearing life.
- BTC German engineered “exclusive” bearings are designed and manufactured for intensive agriculture use. The double row ball bearing has triple lip seals on both ends. High grease volume and is designed with a heavy duty 5mm zinc-coated hub and robust 8mm rivets.
